I get lots of people asking me what is Mr Sutton’s secret, what are the sessions we do? how hard? how long? what does he make us eat? why do his athletes always improve? how does he read his athletes?

Well, I can write two pages with all the details, but it comes down to probably one major thing, CONSISTENCY

Everyone comes to camp and is working, we go home, do some more work, and then over time we must improve!
