I have owned hundreds of pairs of swimmers or cossies or what ever you want to call them!
About two years ago,I noticed at Miami swimming pool with Dennis Cotrells squad, alot of cool colored and nice cut swimwear his swimmers were wearing.
I read AQUADIVA and thought what a wiked name, so I went to the factory to see if any would suit a muscle bound Ironwoman triathlete!
The Aquadiva range is amazing, there are hundereds of designs from flowers to land marks to abstract and all types of patterns.
I bought one pair to try as the cost around $90 and thought i would try the silque cut which makes your sides look slimming which is always nice for us solid girls!
Now any person who has trained with teamtbb can vouch for me, I never stopped wearing these cossies from the day i first bought them, I just adore them!
This single pair , although I have purchased several now, have with stood the true test of time!
I have swam 5 times per week for almst 2 years in this same ‘favorite’ pair,and they are still perfectly fitted , not streteched and hardly discolored by all the chlorine.
Obviously they make them chlorine resistant but these are truley remarkable,they still hold tight on my physique and as good as new after so many swim miles!
I recommend if your looking for the best quality,and best looking swimmers in the world these are the go!

My first half Ironman in Oz this year was yesterday in a beautiful country town called Shepparton!
Shepparton is only a short 1/1/2 hour drive from Melbourne and 8 hours south of Sydney.
Growing up in a big country town of Albury i felt quite at home, Albury only a short drive away it certainly felt like I had alot of crowd support!
The Shepparton triathlon club and Gary Leed put on a magnificent event, I believe it’s the best run half in Australia!
ThIs is indicated by quality level of pro athletes that participate as “prep in Shepp” for the IM Western Australia in 3 weeks time.
The mens race included the likes of Luke Bell, Matt White and Mitch Anderson with Matty taking the victory!
In the womens race saw Nicole Ward, Kat Baker and myself lining up for a crack at the win!
I took the race out with a solid swim and very strong bike, the 8 minute lead off the bike meant I could cruise the run to win by around 7 minutes.I managed to break my own record I set last year by 3 minutes finishing around 4 hours 17minutes.
A huge thankyou to the Shepp Tri club for the amazing support and all the volunteers for a fantastic job out there!

Busselton IM in 3 weeks is looking solid!

Its only a month away that my partner and I celebrate the first anniversary of our very own Pilates studio!
This time last year we both made the huge step of buying our first commercial property in james street Burleigh heads, right across from the beautiful Burleigh beach.
After doing what I love and pashionately devoting my time to triathlon, it was time for my partner to start living her dream!
We took a big step and what seemed like a huge risk at the time and purchased a small commercial property to open Burleigh Pilates Boutique. At first we thought it may take some time to build a strong client base and we knew it might be difficult to make ends meet for the first year – as it is for all new businesses in the first few years.

As we arrive close to our first Birthday we are both so excited that our business is thriving. We have over 120 clients on our books and it has been truely amazing to meet so many wonderful people who we have embraced our boutique and are achieving amazing results. There are some very strong men & women in Burleigh Heads all experiencing the benefits of Pilates.

Since coming home from Hawaii where I suffered sciatic issues I have been doing 2 sessions per week and really benefiting from them. I want to thank my partner for helping me get back on track and congratulate her on an amazing first 12 months.

We are both very proud of our studio and it just goes to show if you have a dream…you should bite off more than you can chew and chew like crazy!!!
